If you need medical attention during Alert Level 2, call our practice. It's okay to ask us for help and advice.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced Auckland would move to Alert Level 3 at midday 12 August while the rest of NZ would move to Alert Level 2.

While it was not the news any of us were hoping for, it is important to remember health and medical facilities (such as medical practices and pharmacies) are an essential service.

We remain open during all Alert Levels. However, our practice is now reimplementing some safety measures as part of our response to Alert Level 2.

If you require any medical assistance, you MUST phone our practice. All patients will be screened during their initial phone call to determine their 'next steps'.

DO NOT turn up unannounced. In the interest of safety, we will send you away.

Dial 111 if you need urgent help.
